OVERFLOW HOTEL ROOMS
We have arranged for an overflow block of rooms at the Homewood Suites by Hilton San Antonio North®, about 5 miles from the JW Marriott.
The $139/night rate includes:
- Breakfast buffet each morning (including weekend mornings)
- Welcome Back dinner reception each night Monday through Thursday with beer, wine and lemonade
- Internet access in your suite and public areas of the hotel
- Transportation to and from the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country each morning and late afternoon.
You will have your choice of a King Bed Studio Room or a 1-bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. Both offer a desk, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen.

ABOUT RESERVATIONS MADE AT THE JW MARRIOTT SAN ANTONIO HILL COUNTRY
An optional resort fee of $25 plus tax will be applied to your reservation. You may opt-out of this fee, and the services it provides, when you check-in.
Normally, internet access in your hotel room is included in this resort fee, but internet access is already included as part of our hotel group rate. The additional amenities offered for the resort fee are:
- 15 percent discount on food in Replenish Spa Bistro
- (2) complimentary signature Welcome Drinks in Crooked Branch
- Golf Bag Storage at the Resort bell stand
- Access to Resort and Lantana Spa Fitness Center, including
- access to all fitness classes offered at Lantana Spa

GETTING HERE
While neither of the TUG Connects 2012 hotels provide transportation from the San Antonio International Airport (SAT), convenient taxi and shuttle services are available. In addition, Hertz Car Rental is located at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country.

TUG Connects! 2012 will be held February 15-18, 2012 at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country, conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country of Cibolo Canyons, just 20 minutes from the San Antonio Airport and the Downtown Riverwalk area.
In addition to the over 265,000 square feet of meeting and event space that we'll be utilizing for our conference and trade show, this Texas Hill Country Resort features the 36 hole TPC San Antonio Golf Club, the six acre River Bluff Water Experience, the 26,000 square foot Lantana Spa, and seven distinct dining options.
WATER PARK
The River Bluff Water Experience offers six acres of heated pools, fountains, waterfalls, rivers, and an abundance of poolside lounges to soak in the sun.
Adults can relax and enjoy the views while listening to the waterfall created by the infinite edge along one side of the adult leisure pool or from the adjacent adult whirlpool.
GOLF
Situated inside the 2,800 rolling acres of the Cibolo Canyons development at the base of the beautiful Texas Hill Country, both the AT&T Canyons Course, designed by Pete Dye and PGA TOUR Player Consultant Bruce Lietzke, and the AT&T Oaks Course designed by Greg Norman and PGA TOUR Player Consultant Sergio Garcia are being built with the infrastructure to be host venues for PGA TOUR tournaments.
